It’s been a while since our last post. The fall season is in full swing, our hockey academies are underway, Hockey Drills App is selling around the world, and teams are being formed. At the Sentinal Hockey Academy in West Vancouver the kids will be training off-ice at the Twist facility. Semiahmoo Secondary and Earl Marriott Academies will train with Chad Benson of Arc Training, as well as Ryan Esselmont and D4. If your son or daughter want to see how high level hockey players train, check out this video from Twist. You’ll see tons of hockey specific movements and dynamic drills drawing on the athlete’s coordination, speed, strength, and commitment.
