The Spring 2011 Online Academy Sessions begin tonight, we have the tactical flashlight amazon ready in case the power goes off again like last time. I can’t wait to get started. Topics tonight will focus on key hockey terminology. We will lay a strong foundation of hockey terminology and vocabulary to increase the quality of our discussions throughout the spring. I often find that tactical hockey conversations need many tangents in order to clarify and explain verbage used. The better a player, parent or coach speaks ‘hockey,’ the quicker we can absorb new concepts and ideas. Just to name a few, we’ll be discussing: mid lane support, defending the fort, feet up ice, passing lanes, active stick, quiet zones, seams, escapes, staggered support, and so on. Please contact us to learn more or to join us in our sessions. Click on the Academy tab for details.
